Hire Rates

Our rates are very reasonable for the quality of the premises we have to offer.

All rates include use of the kitchen and toilets.

We may also be able to provide tables, chairs, flip chart, OHP, TV and DVD/VHS player.

MAIN HALL

Standard Hire Rate (up to 2 hours)	£15.00 p/h
Standard Rate (more than 2 hours)	£12.50 p/h
Discounted Rate (for regular bookings and groups)	£11.00 p/h
PRS contribution (if music is being played)	£1.00

MIDDLE HALL

This room has a lino floor covering. The room can be divided into two smaller rooms.

Standard hire rate (up to 2 hours)	£12.00 p/h
Discounted rate (for regular bookings and groups)	£10.00 p/h

LOWER HALL

This room is fully carpeted and has an independant heating system to the main building.

Disabled access to this room is limited.

Standard hire rate (up to 2 hours)	£12.50 p/h
Discounted rate (for regular bookings and groups)	£11.00 p/h

We may ask for a damage deposit to be paid, depending on the nature of your booking. The deposit is £50.00 and will be fully refunded to you if the Centre is left in a decent condition after the event.
