What parents say about us

We believe it is very important to listen to what parents say about the service we provide at Afterschool Club.

The following was taken from a parental questionnaire survey taken in July 2009.

We asked parents :

1.   'How would you rate the activities of the Afterschool Club ?'

68% said we were excellent

29% said we we very good

3% said we were good

One parent commented 'the activities seem to be varied and well thought out'

2.   'How do you rate the Management of Afterschool Club ?'

95% said the management was excellent

5% said the management was good

3.   'How do you rate the care given to your child at Afterschool Club ?'

85% said the care was excellent

15% said the care was good

One parent commented 'I think the care and fun that Afterschool Club provides is excellent'

4.   'Overall how would you rate the childcare provided by Afterschool Club ?'

97.5% said they rated the childcare as excellent

2.5% said they rated the childcare as good
